Default Ginger Tea

Ginger is a great cure for morning sickness, motion sickness and general stomach upsets. It is also great for improving the symptoms of common colds and coughs.

Making your own ginger tea is cost effective and very beneficial to your health.

Here is what you need to do:

Peel your ginger and cut it into thin slices.
Boil some water in a sucaepan, and once it has rreached boiling point, add your ginger. Cover the pan and reduce to a simmer for around fifteen minutes.

You can add some honey to give your tea some sweetness.

Enjoy

I've never eally been that keen on ginger, but then I have never had it in it's natural form as far as I am aware, just as a flavouring in cakes and things.

Nice tip though, very interesting.

Drinking ginger tea is a healthy habit. If taken before meal helps in digestion of food. (Even a small piece sprinkled with salt is enough).
I also make my tea using tulsi, ginger & lemon grass with sugar to taste which helps me control my allergic conditions.

Default Ginger tea

Ginger tea has a spicy, invigorating taste. It's used as a home remedy for indigestion, nausea, and to ward off colds, flu, and sore throats.

Ginger tea is very easy to make. Here is a recipe for you to try.
Ginger Tea Recipe
# water, 4 cups
# 2-inch piece of fresh ginger root
# optional: honey and lemon slice

You must also try Lemon Tea. It is considered to be best of digestion.

Mix desired quantity of Lemon juice with steaming hot Black Tea.

In my village it is called Sulaimani.
