Default Sun tan

There is a very common problem of sun tanning during summers even after applying very costly sun screen lotions on your skin. to avoid it, after getting to sun, apply some curd mixed with a pinch of lemon juice and a bit of besan on your face. also put two slices of cucumber on your eyes to give relief. keep it for 10-15 min. and then wash with cold water. it is really effective.

Instead of besan you could use fullers earth (multani mitti). There is only so much you can do externally to remove tan. I think the beauty parlours have much more sophisticated equipment to deal with tans.

For all those who do not know what besan is, its just gram flour or also known as chick pea flour.

This is very interesting . I didn't know what besan was either.

I think that putting the cucumbers over your eyes is always a good reliever too.

I am in the sun alot in the summer months.

Default Sun tan

Sun screen lotions will help only 50%. We have to select other natural ways to protect from sun tanning. Thanks for your information jessika.

Does the sun screen lotion contains SPF? Actually, I don't use this product because I thought that any kind of lotion would protect us from the UV rays of the sun. By the way, I appreciate your tips. I hope I could read some more.
