We have been using Valerian Root extract in our family for years. It helps to calm down, relax, and sleep better, and it is a safe natural remedy. You take it with water, adding 15-20 drops into a small cup. The taste is not unpleasant, and you feel the calming effect very soon. Has anyone else tried Valerian Root?

I have heard of Valerian root, but have never tried it myself. I usually have no trouble sleeping, but lately I've been finding myself laying in bed awake all night to wake up to a tired morning. Sleepy time tea is o.k., but takes a while to kick in. Thanks for the advice.

this is new because I have not tried it yet. Normally I try herbal medicines that my mother told me that was safe and good to our body when I was a kid. the herbs that i try are normally found in our kitchen. like garlic, ginger and others but this one is new.

I've never even heard of Valerian root extract, but many other herbal medicines offer the same kind of relief to lots of people. What sets this Valerian root extract apart from all the other herbal medicines out there?
