Default Milk is best in enhancing sleep

For those who are tired and full of stress, tension & having difficulty in having sleep, having a glass of milk helps in having good night sleep and a sound sleep, can get up in the morning with fresh mind.

Its true having milk before going to sleep can enhance better sleep. I heard that having hot milk is more effective for a good nights sleep, not quite sure whether cold milk is still effective or not.

Cold milk is not that much suggestive, hot milk best advised as it freshens our mind.

Yeah they said if you had trouble sleeping at night drink some hot milk and you'll be fine. Also some nice hot bath can help too.

Yes that's true. If our body lacks calcium, we will feel restless and disturbed, so that it's difficult to fall asleep. A glass of milk add calcium in our body, solving the problem.

I have heard about this before and tried in on multiple occasions but unfortunately, it has never worked for me. Plus, hot milk seems to upset my stomach even though I am not lactose intolerant.

I highly recommend to drink a glass of fresh milk before you sleep. It's very effective because I've been doing it for almost 2 years. Since fresh milk is a little bit expensive, I drink only 3 time a week. Try it to see the result.

Hmm how about a fresh milk in a cereal before bed. I'm not much of a milk lover but I desperately need this to cure my sleeping disorder.

As you said, hot milk upsets your stomach, why can't you go for cold milk keeping in a refrigerator? because milk is good for health, and women need it a lot to prevent from some diseases and to have immunity against some diseases.

hmm..my mom used to always tell me this and I thought it was weird, but any time I've had warm milk before bed, I've slept like a baby. Hot tea has helped me also. I'm not sure if its just drinking something warm in general.. Or something in the milk itself. Any more ideas?

Im not too sure about hot tea, as that has caffeine in it, unless you drink really light tea! But milk is something that has worked for me too.
Milk helps you to go to sleep because it releases something called tryptophan and this is something which starts working to make melatonin which is a sleep hormone.
