Default yellow nails

it is usually seen that girls who apply very dark nail colors develop yellow nails in certain period of time. this is because that the nails like other body parts need moisture and sunlight and air to stay healthy. so when covered with dark nail color, they are restricted from the contact of these important elements and they turn pale.

Thats very true, if you are someone who likes using nail colour, make sure that when you remove nail colour that you give a gap of at least a week before applying it again! Using cheap nail varnish removal has the same effect too, so if you do use a remover make sure its of good quality!

I had this experience before. I just remedied it by not having nail polish on for some time. Lo and behold, my toenails' color did improve and change.

I have also noticed that it can happen when my nail polish is getting old. Not very old, but, say, half the bottle is used up. Then it becomes more condensed, and it can result in nails turning yellowish. If that happens, I just go without manicure for a while, and the nails quickly restore.

The yellow nails is a symptom of improper diet. Also if there is not proper blood circulation you have yellow nails. Try to take iron content food to avoid it and always take healthy food.

it can help to remove the nail polish for a week or so to allow the nail beds to "breathe". it can also be that the nail polish has been there for a long time and the nails need to be cleaned to reduce the yellow coloring of the nails.

this is usually caused when the nails are always polished and not given some time to "breathe". our nails need some time off too. we should allow a day or two in a month for them to rest from all the polish.
