Come on now, we all have them. Those little underground bands that almost nobody has ever heard of, but that you still love to listen to. Obscurity is not always a bad thing.

One of my favorite "secret" bands would have to be Skitzo Calypso. Brad Cox, the vocalist, writes some of the most thought-provoking lyrics I've ever heard. And the music is fantastic, too.

So what are yours?

I don't have any favorite band in particular. I do like to listen in Greenday's songs. Also I keep on hearing musics from the band sepultura cuz my hubby keeps on listening to it everyday.

You should give Apocalyptica a try. They're fairly new, but not very underground. And they're AMAZING. Awesome band. Highly recommended.

Alexz Johnson is a really good artist. She had a tv show in Canada called Instant Star. Her music is so inspiring. I'm surprised she isn't more famous!!
