Default Unrated DVDs

Do you prefer to watch DVDs that are unrated (which often include footage that wasn't shown at the movie theater), rated, or do you not care at all?

I'd rather see the unrated, because if I don't then I feel like I'm missing out on something. I don't care about extra cussing, nude scenes.. none of it bothers me at all

That doesn't bother me, either. I think people will get more excited about a release if it's unrated; I know I do. I'm glad that more DVDs are being released this way now.

Unrated versions definitely give a better & complete perspective about the story. Some scenes are necessary to make the scene more realistic. I prefer unrated ones.

Especially if the movie is a comedy, like "The Hangover," it's much more fun watching the unrated version. I like how they don't hold back on showing you anything.

When you're laughing so hard, you start to wonder why anyone would want to release a DVD any other way. It makes me feel like I got a really good deal when I get to see all this extra stuff that people who paid even more for a movie ticket didn't get to see.

I just bought the Unrated version of The Girl Next Door. I LOVE that movie and can't wait to see it again, I've only seen it on tv a few times, so this should be great!

Do they charge more for unrated DVDs? I can't remember anymore. The last time I bought a DVD of my own was such a long time ago. I like to buy DVDs that have as many extras as possible.
