Smile Movie Recommendations

These are just a few family-type movies that I have seen lately and I thought I would recommend. They are all movies that I enjoyed and would consider buying. Some are new, some are not so new.

Cloudy, With a Chance of Meatballs
Monsters Vs. Aliens
Amazing Grace

I have actually seen the first two of the ones you've mentioned. They are cute little movies to watch with the kids, not sure if they are worthwhile buying though unless your kids like to watch a movie over and over again. As for the third one, I haven't heard of it but I am curious about it now that you mentioned the name. Thanks for the recommendation

I really liked the movie Paranormal Activity. I just saw it two nights ago.. the way it's shot makes it look very real, well-at first anyway.

Some of my favorite movies growing up were:
Hocas Pocas
Ferngully
Aristocats
A Walk To Remember
If Only

Just to name a few

I have seen Amazing Grace, it is a powerful movie. We have bought a DVD, it is worth adding to our collection.

I can recommend Saving Sarah Cain. Excellent story about 5 Amish kids trying to adjust in a big city school. (Warning: Get some Kleenex).

Nice I'm looking forward for that movie Cloud with a chance of meatballs. I've seen the trailer it was cool since it's from disney. I recently watched UP(2009) and it's sooo funny. That one is really a good family movie.

What I love about UP is that the main character is an old grandpa - you don't get to see that very often in out culture, obsessed with youth and beauty - and the way he still loves his deceased wife and cherished memories of their life together.
