Default Happy Couples Therapy

I think even happy couples should go to therapy, because it's always good to have an outsider's opinion on things. I think keeping open communication is always key. What do you think?

My husband and I are a happy couple and I don't think there is any reason for us to go to therapy. As you've mentioned it, if the lines of communication is open between the two people, everything should work out just fine and I don't believe a third party is required to intervene.

You could be right. Maybe the only reason I feel like this is because I have my anxiety, depression and OCD, and it's hard to just randomly talk about it. I'm glad you're happy I hope I can be as happy as you with my bf.

Going to some marriage-related lecture or class can be beneficial even if the couple is doing well. Once in a while we have sermons about family in church, I like them because they help to focus on what is really important. Even if I already know those things, it is good to hear them again and check myself.

That's really nice that you take it to heart like that. I do too. There are random things on a daily basis that make me realize how in love I am. It's so easy to get caught up in all the negative and stresses of life.
