Default Never Used Mascara

I've never used mascara, does anyone have any tips or anything I should keep in mind before using it? I had someone put it on me once, and I just thought it looked funny on me.. My eye lashes are very dark and long as it is. Maybe I don't need it at all?

Indeed, if your eyelashes are long and dark already there is no point in adding anything artificial to your natural beauty. However, should you decide to try it nonetheless, just make sure that you don't put too much of it - just one layer of it should be more than enough for you. You can also use the transparent mascaras just to increase the volume as well.

Yes, you might be one of those lucky girls who don't need mascara! If you still want to try it, I would suggest a light version, perhaps one of those colorless (white) mascaras that just enhance the general look.

I must admit, I'm not very girly haha, so I don't know too much about things like this. I really like the transparent idea. Thanks guys!

I love my mascara, it's probably one of those items I could not possibly live without.

Even if you do have naturally dark, long lashes you could try wearing a little mascara to emphasise them even more. Just don't load the brush too heavily, keep it subtle.

Practice, practice, practice. I smudge my mascara all the time when I try to put it on because I don't wear it much. Then it looks really bad if you don't get it all off your skin. I think I could do it better though if I did it more often.

Although you have dark and long eye lashes I suggest you to apply a single coat of mascara which will help you look great as they are compiled into different groups by applying a single coat.
