Can anyone compare the two? Or if you have either, could you give some pro's and con's?

i have used both brands, and i would choose mac over chanel. it would really depend on your skin type, and what would suit you best. because some people look good with mac, and some would look good using chanel. your skin reacts on different types of chemicals, so it would be best to see which one would be best for you.

For me, Chanel makeup isn't as long lasting as MAC. MAC also offers more products. The most long lasting makeup has got to be the Sephora brand. I wear it to sweaty concerts and 4 hours after it's over, my makeup doesn't even fade! Sephora brand products are also cheaper than Chanel and MAC so that's also a plus!

I guess i would have to go with Mac, i love Sephora. i tried a few of their brands and I like the way they stay put. And looks more natural.

I've never used Chanel, but I find MAC too heavy. I think it was created as stage make-up.. and basically all the products are buildable... so if you arent careful you can have a heavy face of make-up and that's never good! Less is more!!
Also, I found that MAC streaked throughout the day.... wasn't happy with it at all.
Sheisdo, Clinique, Almay are all products I've used & loved. And Revlon Color Stay... really good product!
