I know the discussion has gone a long way but since you have asked me why its important to me, iam bound to answer you my viewpoint..

For me virginity matters.. I am a sort of a person who firmly believes to abstain from sex before marriage.. I want to be physical only with my life partner..(ie my husband., only after marriage)
I attach lot of importance to virginity and so sex before marriage is unethical and unacceptable for me. The main reason behind my strong advocacy of maintaining virginity and engaging in sex only after marriage is mainly because of my upbringing on such moral grounds.. My religious views consider sex before marriage as an unforgivable sin,, and above all its something which i dont appreciate also.. I value virginity as something special..


At this context i would like to mention about Hymenoplasty(Its a hymen restoration surgery) which many are found to opt just to fake themselves as virgin.. Isnt it weird??????????

Regarding Hymenoplasty....Heyyy i was trying to mention about those who have already had sexual intercourse and have lost their virginity and then go for hymen restoration surgery just to satisfy thier partner and convince them of being virgins.. Isnt that a weird thing and cheating..??
I would also like to point out that this have lead to controversies in many countries and this surgery is banned on moral grounds in some countries..
