Default Worst Present

The worst present I ever got was from my ex. He COMPLETELY forgot Valentine's Day and randomly walked over to my desk (we worked together) handed me a heart shaped eraser and said "Oh ya, happy Valentine's Day" LOSER!

One year my 'darling' husband said 'christmas presents should be practical'. On christams morning I was so excited to see my presents all wrapped and pretty. When I opened them I was stunned to see a box of washing powder, a pair of oven gloves and a set of kitchen knives. He thought it was funny, I of course, did not.

speaking presents, one time my wife wanted a watch for a gift,
I said why do you need a watch, there is a clock in the cooking range.

Our pastor has mentioned THE worst Valentine's gift ever today... It is a scale. Yep. I think he's right, that's a pretty lame idea.

In my family, giving a woman anything related to house chores as a gift is considered insulting. Period.

Lolz.... I can't believe someone would give such presents. It'll only make me feel like I got lots of chores to do. Anyway my husband just gave me another present before we went out last 14. I asked him where's my flowers and chocolates? He showed me a picture of it haha and said "well at least I got you something." lmao

We just went out to eat, no other gifts, which is fine with me. Flowers and chocolate are nice, but not mandatory, especially when money is tight.

Honestly, any gift is fine as long as you know where their heart was. My bf could give me ANYTHING and I wouldn't mind, cuz he gets the most scared look on his face when he hands me something. I can tell he put so much thought into it and really wants me to like it. I just melt right away That's love!!!!

Ever got McDonald's lunch coupon as gift on first date? I never picked up his call again; besides I think he ended up being a junkie. In case of my husband, I must confess he is quite a considerate man & always gifts appropriately & of course according to what he can afford even back while we were dating.
