I think when two people love each other, no matter how busy they are, they will make time for each other. If for some reason, the person you're with just isn't making time for you, they may not be the one for you.

Thats true.. Time is the most costliest thing that you can ever give to your partner. Time is so precious that if a person spares time even if he has a busy schedule, then definitely you are their most important priority. He/she loves you and value more than anything.
