Do you keep notes that you've been given from people you dated, or even from friends? I have so many it's incredible lol. I love reading the convos I had with people during class. It was a lot of fun.. acting like you're taking notes is the trick

I'm a packrat, so I keep a lot of things. I kept some notes that one of my friends and I exchanged in high school. We had a notebook that we would write in and give to the other to read, write in, and give back. It was a lot of fun. There was an exchange student who I ate lunch with and had a classroom next door to mine. We exchanged notes, and I kept them.

Well no one has ever given me a letter from a date. But I got tons of retreat letters back then from all my classmates and neighboring classrooms for our retreat sadly my dad burned all of it. T_T He's so rude I haven't read all of them yet they're like 200+ he really hates me when I'm happy.

I had kept all the love notes & cards by the people I dated including the one which asked me to marry one of them. ....and I fell for him My husband never forced me to throw them away but I did after sometime except of course the note my husband gave me. I framed it. |

That's such a happy ending! So glad you still have it. That's so special! Reminds me of me and my bf. I document everything with us. I like writing notes back and forth, keeping movie tickets, and we also have a "Book Of Us" as I call it. We have a bunch of random things in there. A lot of question/answers about each other and our past. It's fun!

I do keep them for a while, but not forever. I actually threw one out today that I found in a bunch of paperwork. It was our house address and a note from my husband saying 'happy anniversary, this is our new address'. You see, we confirmed the purchase of this house on our wedding anniversary five years ago.
