Default Men Crying

I feel like I've posted this before, but I can't find it anywhere. I am a member of a lot of forums, so if I did, ignore me

What do you think about men who cry? I really like men who are in touch with their feelings. I find it really nice when a guy watches a 'chick flick' with me and cries when I cry. I just think it's really cute and it brings us closer together

I think the real reason he is crying is because you forced him to watch
the chick flick when he could be watching something else ;-)

To me, crying is something that should be done in private, like you excuse yourself or whatever. I feel the same way about men crying. If it's over something trivial, then I will feel that he's weak. I remember seeing a former police chief crying during a press conference, and I loss respect for him ever since. I realize how harsh that sounds, but it's just the way I feel.

I understand where you're coming from. I personally hate crying in front of people, because I was always told growing up that it made me a "baby" and I needed to "grow up". It's sad, because now when I need to cry and communicate how I'm feeling, I have a lot of trouble doing so.

Crying is a very personal matter for anyone, regardless of the person's gender. People can often be difficult to deal with when they're crying and emotional, and it makes other people uncomfortable. Can you imagine crying in the workplace? That's inappropriate.
