It's not the big things in a relationship that keeps it fresh from day to day, it's the little gestures, too. I try to do a lot of those little things, and get a lot in return. I try to stop by his work and drop off a cup of coffee, even though he has a perfectly functional coffee pot, there's something that makes your day when you know someone's gone out of their way to do something for you.

What are some other little things that keep your significant other smiling when they see you?

he likes it when i prepare his food, his clothes and whatever he needs daily. he's very simple and doesn't demand much from me. what makes him happy are simple stuff we do, such as going out for a meal or watching a movie. this makes us both happy and strengthens our relationship.

I love to do this everyday to show my hubby some love. I even make him some breakfast in bed. And I got kisses hehe.

That is really sweet. I would like to make a coffee for him every morning. Do you still hold hands when you go out? I really appreciate it a lot. It made me reminisced our past when we were just starting as boyfriends and girlfriends.

Of course we hold hands while walking I even cling on his arms everytime we're going out for a date. It gives me the chills thinking about romance now.

Have to still hold hands! It's funny how the smallest, easiest things can bring people closer together... being affectionate (and not even in an overbearing kind of way) makes the other person know that you're there, with them, because you want to be.

Sure, you might know that... but it's good to get some physical reinforcement along the way!

Breakfast in bed would be a good idea. Do they cook food for you? My partner would usually do that. Sometimes, whenever we watch the television together, he would suddenly take my hand and we'll dance all over the place. He always tells me that he appreciates our relationship.

We hold hands whenever we go out on dates. What I like about him is that when he leaves earlier, he would leave a simple note and a flower beside the bed. It really makes my day happier. In return, I would prepare his favorite food. Do you still get love letters from them?

O.o Oh well the breakfast in bed we both do that to each other. And wow that's so sweet of him to be doing that I wish mine is that romantic cuz he hates dancing. He always tells me something ridiculous when he's tipsy haha.

simple things that I do for him everyday. I would text him once in a while in a day but not too many times. I always prepare his things. he also likes it when I go and watch his basketball games.

We also do some activities together. Why wouldn't you join him in playing basketball game, Redamethyst? Of course not with his group of friends. My partner and I would go to the court and play sports together. Computer game is his favorite and I would join him sometimes.

Yeah I also join some activities of my hubby and try my best to cope up with him. Video games we both love that I can barely defeat him in a one on one FPS fight hehe.

I love it when I see couples holding hands in public. Some guys feel embarrassed to do it, and it is not right - there is nothing embarrassing about showing that you two care for each other.

You know what I especially love? When I see an old couple, a silver-haired grandpa and grandma, slowly walking together and holding hands.

Yes, a good meal is always a winner! Every once in while I give massages or whenever he gets off work ill have his "wind down" area (slippers, cigar, remote) set up nicely for him. He loves it and I love being able to do it for him.

That is something that we all wanted. To grow old with the person we love. I'm glad my partner is not embarrassed every time we hold hands. Do you still give your husbands tight hugs?
