Default Tips on Emotions, Relationships and Longevity

Society is considered as the greatest achievement of mankind. It helped us to dominate over other species. An individual is inferior to other species. This social networking has improved the quality of life. Relationships shield us from stress and depression, improving the life span.

Emotions and aging

Imagine a world without love, happiness, passion and friendship. These beautiful feelings of mankind are called emotions. They include anger, sorrow, hatred and pride. The emotions characterize the personality. They are codes by nature to make us capable to respond. Each emotion is designed to help us in various moments of life.

These emotions have a technical background. They occur due to secretion of certain hormones and chemical reactions in our body. These complex chemicals reach the brain and activate the corresponding cells to produce emotion.

How does it affect our body?

These silent chemical reactions play an important role in our life span.
The presence of these chemicals in an optimal amount is beneficial. Higher concentrations of these chemicals results in brain cell corrosion, leading to mental and physical instabilities.

Nice tips, IBF. You mentioned about being positive. In addition to that, we could always make our negative taught to a positive one. You may ask, how? Its simple, just think of your weakness as your strength. How do you like that? This is actually what I used to did and its really great.

Great tips - Nevertheless, I disagree with the ''be religious'' point. Not everyone is religious and/or want to be but they can still lead a happy and long life established on good values and positive emotions.
