Default Research on labor?

Has any research been done on what factors trigger labor? My two separate labors began some hours after I ate a significant meal -- and restaurant food at that. I was wondering if salt (and perhaps subsequent bloating) played a role.

Hmm, well I dont know about this and haven't actually heard about this. I'm not sure if any factors actually trigger labor, it maybe that its something that you may think as that particular day you went out to eat.

I don't know of any such research, but you may have a point there.

I remember that I had premature labor during my first trimester after eating salty food. I nearly lost my baby there.

I didn't came to know research on labor sign. Even doctors don't advice salt helps for..........My delivery is normal. I think it depends upon the nature of the body.
