Have you tried the lamaze technique in birthing? Any feedback?

i have not personally tried this method of birthing. but i have heard that this is one of the best methods since there won't be any use of medicines or anesthesia, and this is all-natural. all-natural is good for both mom and the baby, but i believe that in order for you to give birth the lamaze way, you have to take up lamaze classes with your husband or partner.
