Default belly piercing

I have a friend that gets his belly pierce. Now it turned out not to be good because it gets infected. He tried first the upper part and gets infected, now that it healed he gets to pierce again the lower part. like when will he stop it? lol though it look good on what i've seen in Shakira's belly and some of the girls. Would you try one?

After hearing about your friends experience i would never go for belly piercing. Piercing is stylish but it's painful to get it done. I would not take this pain just to look stylish and fashionable.

I don't think it looks good when guys get belly piercings. I do think that belly button piercings are cute on girls with a flat stomach.

Sounds like he didn't clean the area properly to get all the infections.

I feel belly piercing looks funny. Fashion oriented people wants to do belly piercing. But don't try to pierce by yourself. Go and pierce with the professionals to avoid infections.

I had a friend who tried belly piercing. Well, for me, it was cute and nice, but I'm scared to have it might be infected. Do you think its alright for a 10 year old child to try this?

I have one and I love it. I always wear different ones depending on my mood. And I can say that mine never got infected and it never really hurt either. I think they make wonderful accessories and I am glad that I have one.

are you serious, the only place a 10 year old has to
have a piercing should be on the ears.

Call me old fashioned but I was rather shocked to even think that you would allow a 10-year old child to have a belly piercing. But then if parents have their babies' ears pierced, why not allow belly piercing? For me the idea is strange, that's all. I would get scared that my 10-year old might start pulling on it or do something that would cause injury to herself. With an earring, there seems to be less chances of doing that.

I don't think the kid will agree to that. It's kinda painful even though the skin is still soft and easy to pierce.
