Default Maintenance Of Your Precious Jewelry

Women love to wear jewelry and they do love to collect it as well. But when it comes to maintaining and taking care, most of them are clue-less. They know what to wear and when to wear but they do not know how to care for their precious jewelry. If you are one of those who cannot take care of their jewelry then here is a brief guide to help you.

It is very important to take out time to keep your jewelry properly whenever you remove it after a long day. You might in a habit of keeping your jewelry just anywhere once you reach home after a long day but you need to change this. When you just throw away your jewelry then things can entangle with each other and spoil them. Another thing that many women do is to sleep with their jewelry. This is a strict no because it increases the possibility of necklaces or earrings being broken.

Instead of putting your jewelry in a box, you should try to hang them separately. The conventional jewelry boxes are not preferable because again the things get entangled with each other and might break. This way, you can also easily browse through your stuff and find out what you want to wear. You should also clean up your jewelry items frequently. There are many cleaners designed especially for this purpose. You can find these cleaners at any good jeweler.

Moreover, if you are using artificial jewelry or gold plated one then do not forget that it is not real. Such types of items are made for less usage and should be worn on special occasions. If you start using them for daily use then you will spoil their shine and appearance. Besides this, it is good to remove your jewelry while going for swimming or a shower. This makes your body relax and save your jewelry too.

Cleaning your jewellry at home is very easy, you just have to put in in a REETHA powder solution and keep it for some time, rub it with a soft tooth brush in order to clean the hidden dirt. it can save you a lot of money.

For the cleaning up part, you may also use some toothpaste on it. For the hanging part, there are available hooks in the market or maybe a stand which could hang small things like necklaces.

Default Maintenance Of Your Precious Jewelry

I will wear my precious jewelery only for functions.

I usually surround the jewels with cotton cloth and placed it in a wooden jewel box.

In our family, my mother is the one who likes jewelry the most. She regularly takes her jewelry to a professional to be cleaned. She does this at least once a year.
