I don't wear toe rings. But I saw my professor wearing one during my college days. She was still young then and wears sandals all the time. eeeheww! You should have nice clean feet at least to wear tow rings, as obviously when you wear them they will get attention, and you dont want your feet looking ugly. Its also common sense that if your feet look nice and clean then so will the toe rings.
