I think Christmas is the best time to get discounted especially jewelry, as their are huge discounts for different types of highly priced jewelry.

Yes, Christmas and Boxing Day are the best period but it gets even cheaper after the New Year's as most of the manufacturers are coming out with their new lines and trying to liquidate everything that is still in the store.
