Hi i'm Jerumia, and I am new to this site. I am 26 years old and I NEED to loose my weight. All my life I have just eaten what I wanted thinking I'll worry about it later. Well i have decided that it is later. Can some suggest me what thing i just do to loose my weight.

Welcome to WF! I'm sorry to hear about your problem. Personally, anytime I feel that I'm overeating, I will cut back on the things that I know I don't NEED to eat and start walking more ![]() If you don't mind me asking, what kinds of things do you eat now? For me, it's VERY hard to stay away from McDonalds and things like that. So, that's where I have to cut back a lot of the time. It's hard though because it's soooo yummy
