Muscle development of an infant
The muscle development of the child is from top to bottom or we can say from head to toe. The child first develops his neck muscles and learns to control his neck. The child will then lean to control his back by trying to sit and then finally his leg muscles. The baby will first start sitting then crawling and then will start turning over. When the baby is around 8 months old he or she will start to learn to stand. The baby will try his or her best to stand holding on to the furniture or any other object that comes his or her way. It is normal for a child to start walking at the age of 9 to 15 months while most start walking after the age of one.
This what I have posted is according to the child development of both my kids and many have been surprised at the speed of their development!
Wasn't sure if this should be posted in the infants section or toddler, but because it was about muscle development then I posted it in the infants section.....!
