I absolutely adore onion bhajis. Does anyone here have any recipes for them so I can make them at home? I did have a recipe that a friend gave to me, but one of the ingredients was miced beef and I thought that didn't sound right. |

No, minced beef does not sound right at all. Here is a recipe I found online at http://www.hub-uk.com/foodpages12/recip0590.htm It look simple enough. |

Well as far as I know onion bhajiya's does not have beef in them. its complete veg. Try this- mix Besan/ Gram Flour with pinch of salt with water to make thick paste, cut an onion into thin long slices & mix with pinch of salt, chili powder, and turmeric. Dip these slices of onion in the flour mixture & deep fry. Eat with bread/pav, use chatni/sauce/cheese etc to add different taste.
