Take some tamarind and soak it in water .After it is soaked well take out ti's pulp (thick don't make it watery)Now take some oil in the pan and heat it and put one tea spoon of mustard seeds and jeera and fry them .now add some curry leaves and add some finely chopped green chillies and two tea spoons of channe ki dal and salt according to your taste .Now after the all ingreidents are turned brown add the tamarind pulp in it and leave it for cooking till the it becomes thick enough .Now take cooked rice and add little oil and turmeric powder in it along with the tamarind pulp which we had prepared and mix it well Now your Tamarind rice is ready. |
