Bombay halva
For its preparation ½ bowl cornflower, ½ bowl ghee, 1 bowl water, ½ bowl almonds, any your favourite colour. It is prepared as slices like ‘burfi’.

where do I get cornflower? I haven't seen the flower of the corn plant...

Do you simply mix cornflour with rest of the ingredients? I thought making burfi was quite tedious.
