Moong Laddu Material:- 2 bowls moong flour, ˝ bowl ghee, 1˝ bowls sugar powder, velachi powder ˝ t/ps, dryfruits, milk ˝ bowl. Recipe:- Fry moong flour with ghee on mild flame. It continues till it gets reddish colour. Sprinkle the milk on the hot flour. Again fry it well and adding sugar & velachi powder in it. After 5-6 minutes removed it from the gas & the material is ready for the preparation of ‘moong laddu’. |
