Soyabean chilli
Material required: ½ kg Soyabean, one bowl each of slices of onion, capsicum and garlic, maida, and oil, salt.
Recipe: Firstly soyabean is boiled in water with salt. Prepare paste of maida & water. Cooked soyabean is dipped one by one in prepared paste. And fry in boiled oil. Take it in one dish. One t/ps of oil is poured in pan boiled on the slow flame. Add onion, capsicum, garlic slices one by one then adding the masala & salt & fried soyabean then stir it for 5 minutes. At last add soya sauce in that. The tasty Soyabean chilli gets ready for serve.
