Kajoo Katli Material required: 100 gram cashewnuts powder, 1 bowl milk powder, ½ bowl sugar powder, 1 t/ps velachi powder, silver wrapper, few water, ghee. Recipe: Mix the sugar powder and milk powder. Keep the milk powder mixture in a pan to boil on the gas for five minutes then remove that from gas and add the cashewnuts powder then mix all the materials.
If required use 1 table spoon water also add velachi powder. Keep the plate pour the mixture on the back side of the plate before that apply ghee to the plate and then roll the mixture and do the pieces of that sweet thus the sweet is ready to serve.
