| Material Required : Noodles, cabbage, onion, capsicum, soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt, garlic paste, tumeric powder etc. Recipe : First boil the noodles in water and add tumeric powder & salt in that water. Keep the pan on the gas pore 2 t/ps oil in the pan then add onion and capsicum in that fry till it becomes few reddish then add garlic paste, 1/2 t/ps tumeric powder, 1 t/ps soya sauce, 2 t/ps tomato sauce then add the cabbage in that stir the mixture fry the mixture for 5 minutes and add the noodles in that again stir the mixture at last add the 1 t/ps salt in that so now recipe is ready to eat |

It’s not necessary either. A good alternative is packed season salts available in most of super marts. Since I heard ajinomoto causes a lot of hypersensitivity problems; I discarded it use while cooking Chinese at home.

The Chinese that we have in India is actually a result of mixing of culture. You can call it Indo-Sino Hakka noodles. :P I had real Chinese food at Imperial banquet where a Chinese Chef was invited to cook. I don’t know why it tastes different. Most of the ingredients are same & so is the method of preparation.
