Default Paneer Tikka

To make Paneer Tikka you need the following ingredients:

1 Large block of Paneer
1 onion
1 Capsicum
1 Tomato
Few Mushrooms
Finely chopped Coriander leaves
To Marinade you need:
1/2 cup of Curd (plain yogurt)
1 tsp of Garlic paste
1 tsp of Ginger Paste
2 tsp of Tandoori powder
1 tsp of cumin (jeera) powder
2 tsp of Chaat powder
Salt to taste
Red chili Powder to taste

To make Indian paneer tikka recipe you need to first cut paneer into long 1/2" thick cubes. Now cut all vegetables into cubes, which are equal to the size of the paneer. Now mix all ingredients for marinating and keep aside to absorb the flours and spices. You need to add the left marinade to the vegetables. Now brush the marinade to the paneer and refrigerate it for 3 hours for full flavor and taste. Now heat oil in a kadhai and fry marinated paneer till it is fully cooked and very slightly turned golden brown. Now also fry other vegetables. Now you need to in a plate arrange fried vegetables and then paneer. Now garnish with coriander and lemon slices. Now serve tandoori paneer tikka hot with hari (green) chutney.
