Palak Paneer Recipe
Here we are talking about dry Palak paneer which can be served with good paranthas or roti with a dal or curd. This dish is high on proteins and iron as it has both spinach and cottage cheese.
The ingredients you will need are 2 bunches of spinach (palak) you need to chop it, 250 grams of Paneer or cottage cheese cut into cubes, 3 onions chopped, 3 tomatoes chopped, 4 gloves of garlic and small cube of ginger both chopped, salt to taste, red chiili powder to taste and some oil.
Put the oil in a pan and fry ginger, garlic, onions and tomatoes. When fired put the chopped spinach in it and wait for 15 min till its fried well. Put the salt and red chili powder in it and when it leaves oil add the paneer mix well and serve hot.
