This is one way in which you can make your family eat spinach (palak) and keep their iron intake in control. This is how to make palak pakoras. The ingredients you will need are Ingredients 1 bunch of spinach washed and chopped fine, little ginger chopped, 2 onions chopped, ½ kg of gram flour, 1 glass of Water, Salt to taste, ½ tsp of Red chilly powder, ½ liter Oil for frying. Procedure Take a bowl and put palak, onions, ginger, add salt and feel the kneed. Now take the mix in small proportions in your hand and put them in the preheated oil. Deep fry them till golden brown and place the fried pakora on a tissue paper so as to soak the excess oil. |

Ive had this and its very tasty! In the UK (well in general supermarkets) they call it spinach bhaji! If this is the same thing!
