I've been living on my own for three years now and have become really really good at cooking western food. But I miss curries now that I've moved too far away to visit my mum on a regular basis! I can't find any nice pressure cooker recipes for lamb curries and the pot ones don't get the meat as tender as I'd like. Does anybody have a good tomato or spinach based lamb curry they wouldn't mind sharing with me?

pressure cook the lamb separately with some salt and a pinch of
turmeric and cook like you would regularly in the pot.

Wonderful, I had no idea it was simple as that. I know my mum does everything in the pressure cooker but didn't realise I can stick to my pot cooking with just the lamb pressure cooked. Thank you very much!
