Banana Balls It is really a good snack which can be made quickly. Ingredients: Flour-4cups Sugar-1 1/2 cups Mashed Banana-4-5 Salt-to taste Baking powder-1/2 tsp egg-1 oil-for frying water. Method: Add flour, sugar,salt,baking powder,mashed banana and egg in a bowl. Then add the water and make the batter little than dosa batter. And leave the batter for 15-20 mins. Now heat the oil in wok and using a tablespoon put the round ball in the oil and fry till it turns into golden brown colour. You can serve with tea or coffee. |
