Default Bedroom importance in a house

An important room of your house is your bedroom. It should be a place where you can have a good night sleep after a long tiring day. It could also be a place where you can have a small afternoon rest after you unpack your kids from school feed them with lunch and finish half a days work. A bedroom should not be having tv, exercise items or any other things which lure you out of your bed or remind you of your work. Its good to have a free air flow through out the room and beautiful fragrance of room freshener at the time of evening can be very much soothing. Overall a bedroom is a place to relax and not to be disturbed by anything.

Reading this makes me want to take a nap. I'm so tired right now Since I've been taking care of my grandmother, it's hard to fall asleep, hard to stay asleep and I never feel rested in the morning. I kinda wish I had a tv in my room, b/c at my house it's tough to watch tv, because everyone is always talking over it lol. I hide in my room with my laptop late at night and watch youtube or find movies online.

For me it's uber important. It's like the place where I can do a lot of stuffs that I can't do at the living room or other parts of the house. I do watch tv at our bedroom, play pc games and of course sleep.

For me, my bedroom is like a multi-purpose room. I can watch TV, eat, do work, read, sleep, and relax. It's the place where I feel the most comfortable, and I don't have to deal with anyone else.

Since I sleep very little, I hardly ever go to my bedroom. It is pretty much useless to me, as most of the time I black out on the couch when I finally get exhausted. I keep it nice and clean but it's just another room in the house as far as I'm concerned.

My bedroom is for sleep only, plus maybe occasional book-reading, although I prever to read on the couch or in the armchair. There is no TV, and no radio (a.k.a. "Yacking Box") is allowed. Hubby uses earphones when he wants to listen to the radio in bed.

Nowadays, I rarely do much of anything in my bedroom except for change clothes. In the summer, it gets too hot because it's on the second floor, but in the winter, I do go there to warm up for a while.

I think I would rather be in my bedroom than any room of the house. I'm currently in process of repainting it, but once it is done, it will definitely be the room in the house that is most "me." I love to lay in the bed and read a good book. It's probably the most relaxing room in our house.

Ideally, my bedroom would be the only room in the house that I could be in and never leave. Seeing that I would spend so much of my time in there, I would feel my most comfortable, so it's very important to me.
