Default Ideal Bedroom

One third of our day is spent in our bedroom, on an average. So it should be the perfect place. The sleepless nights spent shows on your face the other day, so make sure you get a perfect bed for your good sound sleep. The wall color, the curtains, the bed sheets should be very colorful according to your taste and likes. The lights and night bulbs in the bedroom should be mild and in handy around the bed so that in case you need you can switch over the lights. Avoid keeping mirrors in the bedroom or rather facing towards your bed just in case at night you get scared imagining something. Don’t make your bedroom a study or television room; it spoils the purpose of relaxation sometimes.

I am in my room most of the time, since I work from home. I really should paint my walls.. they are so dull.. probably haven't been painted in about 50 years lol. I did get a tempur-pedic mattress, which is WONDERFUL, but I think some color would really help motivate me each day.

I spend only a few hours a day in my bedroom and don't keep anything else in there but the bare minimums. Regardless of how restful it looks though, I still toss and turn every time I try to go to sleep.

My major bedroom rule is, No TV, no radio, period. I hate any kind of noise when I go to sleep. The rest is not that important - colors, etc. As long as it's comfortable, which my bedroom is, I am happy with it.

Nice I spend most of the day inside my room since the PC is here. My Ideal bedroom would be a cozy bed with really cozy pillows, a TV since I don't fell asleep that fast, a PC/laptop (I cant live without this) and aircon! Ohh.. That will be a goodnight sleep for me.

I would prefer some sound proof walls.
