I notice that popular blogs (other than business and money making blogs) mostly belong to women. It's interesting. Do you think it indicates that women is more active than men in writing, blogging and blogwalking?

I think women tend to be more outspoken. Even those of use who are introverted, like me, find it much easier to share our thoughts and emotions, especially in the written form, than most guys.

Maybe it's because more women read blogs than men? I'll check a blog everyday for updates, but I know that my brother probably wouldn't want to do that. Reading a blog still counts as reading, so maybe that scares a lot of people away, too.

Women are more avid readers than men and are more prolific writers. Women tend to share their thoughts and experiences with others while men tend to keep their inner thoughts and experiences to themselves.

| Very true (unfortunately). I don't know who started this idea that in order to be "manly" a guy must be silent, uncommunicative, and unemotional, but too many guys have bought into it.

Does anyone here have a blog? What do they blog about? I have a blog, but there are so many times when I just forget to update it. It's easier to forget about it than a journal that I write in.

Mine is the other way around. I'm not into writing some articles as a hobby that'll be my hubz passion. He writes articles for his own blog and he may not look like it but he reads a lot everyday.
