Default Designing Jewelry

Designing is something I am beginnings to get interested into, and would like to design jewelry. But I don't quite know where to start or how to go about it.
Being a mum to a 3 yr old, its difficult for me to go out of the home to any kind of course, so whatever help you ladies can give me would be grateful.

My husband designs jewelry as well. The best time that he does it considering that we have 5 kids is when they take naps or when they are in bed for the night . Another think that you may want to try and do is set up a time where you and your child can sit at the table and have them draw while you work on your projects .

There are quite a few books on the market for those who are interested in jewelry design. You might want to purchase a couple that teach you the very basics first and once you familiarize yourself with the simple concepts, then you can go on to more complicated things. You can also do a search on the Internet - there are lots of little interesting tips available that can get you off to a good start. Good luck and enjoy!

Another option that you may want to look in to if you are looking for books are going to the garage sales and yard sales . Sometimes you can get them for free or .10 cents a piece

When I was still young, my cousin and I used to make a design for our own accessories. We made our necklace, bracelet and other jewel looks unique than others. Do you used to did this before also?

That is so true ....depending on what people want done my husband charges anywhere from 5.00 to 60.00 a piece . And that is just for not so intricate pieces ... the more intricate the higher the price.
