What do you usually do when you feel stress? Well, for me, listening to an instrumental music is the best way to relax. How about you?

I always do two things whenever I'm stressed. The first thing would be eating something sweet. The second one would be going to a spa. The latter is my best choice. What do you think?

Listening to music is defiantly a stress buster, and I think its for a lot of other people too. Music can be a very personal thing too, as everyone listens to it in their own way, some listen to the lyrics, some the beats, some the rydhym and so on.
