I know what its like to lead a busy life, and I think there are many working women who are busy and get stuck between their work and home.

What i would suggest would be to do some breathing and relaxation exercises, which will de-stress you and make you feel a bit relaxed, make sure you have a healthy diet and eat all your meals in a day.
Regarding your eyes swelling up, try washing them with cold water and put cucumber slices on them before going to sleep, which should help a lot.

If would be good to know what kind of work you do and what your hours are, so that it would be easier to suggest things to you to help you in your busy lifestyle.

Are you taking any vitamin or mineral supplements? Depending on the sort of work you do, you should consider the option of taking vitamin supplements..it may help. You can even try taking some isotonic drinks....for energy boosting.

Meditation and breathing exercises would help as well...

Maybe you should start by taking short breaks at your workplace(really short ones!). It will allow you some breathing space

The first advice which i want to give you is THINK POSITIVE.
By reading the post i felt the pain you are having in your life now. i surely will help you out of it. (its what i am here for )

First about the mental stress : The stress can be because of many issues, what you should do is, try making fun of your problems, see you are already working so there is no escape from it & you yourself know it that having mental stress and working doesnt hel anything. So make fun of your problems, take a break in between your work, have a cup of water in between every 30 min of work will will help you in regaining the concentration and maintains the oxygen level. Try to walk a few cubicles for just a min or two in between, it will fresh up your mind and then back to work, if possible keep making jokes while working and dont forget to LOVE your job. When you start thinking that you like your job very much it will help you ease the stress

About EYE : Have a light green color wallpaper on your desktop (if you are working on PC) else try to arrange a scenery poster in the place where you work which has green color in it. Green color helps in reducing the damage of your eye.

After work try to listen to some music while closing your eye's and having atleast a wet han'ky on your eye's.

Try to take small breaks whenever you can. And yea, music is a very good option. I find that whenever I'm in company of friends, no tasks seems demanding however difficult it may be. Maybe having a little chit chat helps.

That's something new, exactly how does the color green help in reducing damage to the eyes?

Being in the middle of the visible spectrum Green is what our eyes have evolved to see first. Only after the green colour our eye has developed and starting to change the frequency + and - and we now have the spectrum.

As this is the fundamental (which most people dont believe but yet truth as i know) . Have a look a the graph

Representation of the colors each type of cone cell is most responsive to. Note that these colors do not correspond to Red, Green and Blue.

The CIE 1931 color space chromaticity diagram. The outer curved boundary is the spectral (or monochromatic) locus, with wavelengths shown in nanometers. Note that the colors depicted depend on the color space of the device on which you are viewing the image.

Ill post more accurate and evidential results soon

I think you should get a vacation. Don't let yourself stressed out with your work. If you get really tired, let your kids massage you and talk to them at the same time. I think that would be a good idea, what do you think?

Bethoven is right. To have a vacation or try to schedule a family outing once. This could be effective way to relax your self in an office work and to give also time to have bonding with your family. What do you think?

Women in todays life are too busy that they don't even have time to spend their time with the children, sound music is very much helpful in increasing the activity, sing, humm, & dance with the kids while doing your work, both you & they will be very happy, at the same time, instead of you doing all the work and going for duty, why can't you arrange for a helper to help you, as well, to care of your kids? Any how you r doing job so there won't be any financial problems.
In your work place, try to eat some stuff in between like: sprouts, dry fruits, & have water always & some energy drinks to avoid dehydration.

Oh I'm sorry. I know how that goes. Try to take at least a day a week where you spend time with your kids. I'm guessing you have two days off in a row?? If so, sleep the first one and relax, and then maybe have the second one to have family time. My mom used to always do that and it was very helpful

Kids with attitude problems usually arise when parents are always uncommunicative with their day to day affairs. Bear in mind that kids are still kids, they still don't understand why its so important for you to deal with so much work and just leave them alone with caregivers.

Maybe little things like hugs before and after you go home after work, and asking them how's your day then listen to their stories even for just a little time can give so much joy to your children. Remember "we live only but once" the memoirs you passed on to them and not the financial or cash will not be left forgotten.

I was in the same situation two years ago and I ended up having to take a sick leave as my doctor diagnosed me with a depression. Your health and well-being is more important than anything else. Try taking a short vacation and disconnect from work even if it's for a little while. Before you go to bed, meditating will help you to relax and as it is mentioned earlier, also try to take power naps at home. As for spending time with the kids; as parents, they are our first priority. So, even with your busy schedule, take half an hour in the evenings to sit with your kids, play some games or go for a walk.
Most importantly, know that you are important and you always have choices to reconcile work with home life. Perhaps you can reduce your hours, and if that's not possible, you can also consider a career change. Sometimes we need to make different choices but when considering them, what we have to consider is our health and family.

My life has been the same for anumber of years, so I can sympathise.

All you need is a little more organisation in your life. It is more difficult than it sounds, but you have to understand that you are not superwoman, you cannot be everything to everyone.

Take a little time out for yourself each day, and try not to worry so much.

The best think that you can do is work less. Spend time with your loved ones and make the most of weekends. Enjoy life because there's a lot more to live than just working.

You should take a leave from your work. Have time for yourself. Don't let all your work stress you. Anyway, what type of job do you have? It seems that you are really exhausted with what you are doing. Take a break, Ananya.
