Eating fatty fishes like Tuna may help prevent the memory loss in addition to reduction in the risk of strokes. People normally think eating fatty foods especially fried fish would increase the risk of heart related problems. But it is found that people who eat baked or boiled fish are at more risk of losing memory early as fish high in omega-3 fatty acids are less likely to have silent brain lesions that may cause memory loss and dementia and even cause high risk of stroke. Fish is normally known to reduce the risk of strokes, but now it is known to help reducing the effect of silent brain lesions in healthy people.

Does this mean that eating tuna fish can help prevent Alzheimer's disease, too? Is it the omega-3 fatty acids alone that help prevent memory loss, or is it together with something else?

Well, that does make a lot of sense. People have always said that fish is good for the brain. You have to be careful with tuna fish; there's always the risk of mercury poisoning if you eat too much, isn't there?

Ahaha, I'm always dumb even if I eat tuna fish before lolz. Anyway I haven't eaten tuna lately, our family always buy fresh water fish at the market. I kinda miss the taste of it.
