Default Wine is really good for skin and health

Women have claimed for years that wine keeps them looking young and beautiful.
Red grape skin and seeds are filled with cell-renewing polyphenols and resveratrols, it's much more fun to drink wine than to smush grapes all over to stay looking young. Also, Red wine and something in red wine called resveratrol might be heart healthy. A Glass of wine is fun and can be enjoyed by women.... My fav wine is Cabernet Shiraz from Sula Vineyards.....

Well, I'm affriad I would have to go for mushing the grapes into my face as I am not a drinker of alcohol anymore.

Red wine is good for you, but not in excess, I'm talking about one small glass per day as the limit.

I've heard that wine is good for the stomach, but only in small amounts. Too much of it is no good for the liver.

I like sweet red wine, in moderation, of course. I don't have it every day, only occasionally, with meat dishes like steak. I have read that it is good for blood replenishment, among other things.

I think grape juice is just as good, for those who do not want to take any alcohol.

I think some people do use this fact as an excuse to over drink.

I am sure you can find these antioxidants in other red berry drinks such as cranberry juice and red grape juice.

There's always this whole back and forth about whether red wine is good for you or not. Research scientists will always come out with a new study either saying that you should or you shouldn't drink red wine. I would prefer the grapes; I don't drink alcohol.

That's fantastic. I also often hear about the benefits of wine for our health. But I would rather get the quality from other source. Drinking wine, it is difficult for me to limit the amount.

Isn't it still possible to just get the same amount of nutrients and anti-oxidants from eating a lot of red grapes? If you want to really promote healthy living, I think it's better to leave alcohol out of it.

Hello Friends..........

I used to believe so. But, over a period of time, with all that I have seen with my drinking friends, a drinking person can never stop drinking and it is really miserable when you become an addict. No drinking person can vouch for not becoming an addict. You deny a drink to someone who is habituated to drinks, and you will see for yourself how wretched he is. Hence, the lesson that i learnt and i want others to learn is that one should learn to say no to any kind of alcoholic drink.

Thanks
