Default Sleep Culprit For Gaining Weight

Recent studies reveal a shocking fact that people who take less than six hours a night or more than nine, are at more risk of developing obesity. It is also found that there is straight relation between the sleeping habit of the people and development of the bellies. People who take less sleep are more prone to higher smoking rates, less physical activity and more alcohol use. The people who take more than nine hours sleep are tend to develop big puffs or heavy belly. But the reason behind the development of such smoking tendency due to less night sleep is unknown and also how smoking may develop the tendency of less sleeping hours.

That's very interesting..
If I let myself, I could sleep for over 12 hours easy lol. I don't have much energy most of the time. Sleep is probably my favorite thing to do.. so relaxing.

Omg what she said is happening now. >.< No wonder even if I eat less than my regular diet I still don't lose the fats. I just can't help sleeping because my body won't move by sleeping for just 8-9 hours.

I like my sleep, too, and I have heard that sleeping less than what your body needs can actually contribute to weight gain as well. I guess you never know.

Hey, when you sleep, you don't eat, how about that?

I've heard of this condition that some people have where they literally eat when they sleep. They sleep walk into the kitchen and everything.. and wake up not knowing what happened. I forgot what it's called, but I saw a special on it.. I think it was on Oprah or The Tyra Show.

This poor lady thought someone had been breaking into her house, because her kitchen was a mess.. somehow she realized it was her.

Yeah I was thinking about how you gain weight due to oversleeping. I was kinda thinking it has something to do with metabolism or something like that. I don't eat while sleeping in fact sleeping doesn't make me hungry. But if I feel hungry I can never go to sleep. =))
