Default Sleep enough

It is very important for us to have an adequate sleep. The more we work the more we need to sleep. Because if we donor eat enough we will not be able to have the energy to carry on with the work. As per studies we should sleep for at least 7 to 8 hours in a day. Sleeping gives rest to our body and reenergizes it. If are body is not repaired for then next day’s labor then it will collapse. If you do not sleep enough then you may have feel stressed out and may also have problems like putting on weight. Depression and dark circles are of the most common problems of less sleep.

I heard that getting the right amount of sleep will help you to lose weight. I'm not sure if that's true or not, but I do know that if you're sleeping, you can't sit up all night eating. (Eating at night will keep you up and make you gain weight.)

I wish I could say that I slept 8 hours a night. It's so hard to do though. I always find myself trying to hurry up and wake up so I can start working on the things I need to do that day. I was averaging like 4-5 hours lately. No good! I felt terrible. It really makes it hard to focus on anything you try to do, no matter how simple the task

I never sleep more than four hours per day either. However, I don't feel tired during the day and I still get everything done. I guess my body is used to this regiment as I have been like this for as long as I can remember.
