A new study at Georgetown University in Washington DC, has found that consumption of chocolates are good as they may prevent bowel cancer. This is really true. Chocolates are going to be a good treatment method for the stopping the growth of bowel cancer. Scientists have found the reason; it is the presence of some key ingredients in the chocolate manufacturing, which help in reducing the rate of the growth of the cancerous cells. The key ingredient which does this wonder is procyanidins, a class of molecules whose function is to protect the body’s healthy cells. The cocoa beans have large quantities of the procyanidins (antioxidants), and it is the main ingredient of chocolate.

I like chocolates so much. I used to eat it everyday but I am worried now because I might be diagnosed with diabetes in the future. How many times should we eat the chocolates? I hope it would still be fine to eat chocolates thrice a week.

That could be a little too much, depending on how much sugar is in the chocolate. Maybe you would be better off eating unsweetened chocolate, but there may not be much fun in that. Dark chocolate is much better for you, but it can be very bitter.

I am a fan of dark chocolate, so I always welcome new proof that chocolate is actually good for us! Of course, everything is good in moderation, so I try not to eat too much of chocolate, but getting a nice rich dark chocolate bar once in a while certainly wouldn't hurt. |

Now that's a very good news for all of us! Hehe many women love chocolate and it's great that chocolates help to prevent bowel cancer. I love roasted food, and others say that roasted food can cause bowel cancer. I'm glad that I can use chocolate as an antidote |

Chocolate also provides a lot of iron to the body, so its a good way to get a good load of iron!

If you don't mind eating dark chocolate chips, you can mix them up with granola, nuts, and dried fruit. I think it'll make a great homemade trail mix.

Chocolate has a lot of benefits.It is full of iron which is good for health.It is good for skin and prevent from heart disease.So it is good to eat chocolate.
