Default Are you an early bird or night owl?

I prefer the day, I love to wake up early, jog, and walk my dog.
Also, it's so rewinding to go swimming on a sunny day, or just lay on the grass and hear nature sounds.
I feel very active in the morning

I rarely go out very late at night, but it's nice go clubbing sometimes.

Do you prefer mornings or evenings?

What are your favorite activities to do in each period?

I really dont know which i prefer the best early mornings or late nights! I work in the airline industry, so at time have to work odd shifts, so end up staying awake during the night at times too and going to sleep in the early hours of the morning. Although this wont happen anymore as im going to be on normal hours in 2mths time.

But one thing when wanting to do some work or concentrate on something I prefer it at night when awake as i get better concentration and there are no disturbances

I am definitely a night owl. It is much easier for me to stay up late and work than get up early. I don't function very well in the morning, and if I have not had enough sleep, I can barely function at all. Most of my work gets done in the afternoon, evening, and at night.

I'm an early bird, and I think I'm the only early bird in the family. When I get up early, I feel like I can get more done in the day. It makes me happy to see the morning sun rising and smell the fresh morning air before all of the cars polute it for the day. When I get up early, I can eat a proper breakfast and do my whole morning routine.

I like the daytime than the nighttime. My kids and I would exercise every weekend and there are lots of activities that we could do under the sun. We like adventures. I would stay late at night when I work. What could be some of the good activities at night?

I like outdoor activities so I prefer days than nights. We go out of town every now and then. It's nice to experience heat and enjoy the water. My friends and I like to dive. I guess we can't do that during nighttime. If I would like to experience nightlife, where is a good place to visit?

I would definitely be a night owl. I dunno what it is.. I just really like being up late. I feel like a little kid half the time, because I get all excited about people staying up with me.. we'll go get coffee, play games, watch TV. Today, for example, I didn't even wake up until 1-2pm. It was great. I think I went to bed at 8am. I've just been having trouble sleeping more than anything lately.. so I don't fight it, and I try to tucker myself out

Staying up too late at night will affect me the next morning. I can't get as much done as I would like to, and I feel all drowsy, even with the proper eight or nine hours of sleep. I do admit that I am a little envious of people who can stay up all night. Creative types seem to get a lot of ideas at night.

I think i am night owl, i like working at night and roaming around at night is fun.
There are so many good things about night, some are
No Traffic
Fresh Air
No Sunshine to kill your skin tissue
No Cops on every traffic signal
Can even ride on top gear
Night Pit shops to pick ice creams and chips

there are so many other good things, please update if you want to know :-p

Actually, I am both - I sleep only a few hours. Thus, I am up during late night and early morning. I do most of my work very late at night though. I feel much more productive at night when all is quiet and dark. I leave the less important things for the early morning or later during the day.

I'm a night owl, no question about it. Although I'm going to "try" sleeping early from now on because I'm attending school again and it starts really early. *bummer* I hope I succeed this time or else I'll be cranky all the time.

I really want to become more of an early bird. I notice that I feel much more energized when I am up earlier. Plus, I like to have time to get out in the sun. It's not a good feeling to never see the sun.. it makes me feel depressed and I really start to miss it
